New year - new hobby? If you have ever wondered what it's like to play the bagpipes or drums in a pipe band, 2026 may be your year to find out. The Barossa & District Pipe Band are always on the look-out for new members, whether experienced pipers or drummers or if you're wanting to learn. The band is currently on a well-deserved break at the moment, but we will be raring to get back into practicing and playing in early February. We meet at the Nuriootpa Soldier's Memorial Hall every Monday and Thursday evening, commencing at 7.00pm. If you would like more information, please contact our Pipe Major, Alistair MacCallum by phoning 0418 814 152.
